I've been in a few now and thought it would be insteresting to compare notes on which ones we thought were best in terms of enjoyment, the xp earned and the quality of the drops. Here's my top 3 dungeons/instances:
- 1. Sunken Temple - this is a huge instance and quite entertaining to play. Lots of different resistances exhibited by the beasts which force you to attack and defend in different ways for each one. A full run into Sunken Temple to do both Hakkar & Prophet quests is about 3 hours of playing time averaging about 20k xp per hour (excluding the quest xp). Best quality drops I have seen so far, most are blue, an occasional epic and the few that are neither are top quality green drops, usually forming part of an armor set. A variety of Bosses live in Sunken Temple and they hit *hard* - this is one of the few places I have found where having a full blown Priest in the party is a must - Pallys simply can't quite cut it here as the primary healer in a group.
- 2. Mauradon - fairly interesting, a bit like a grind but some nice drops again. Moderate xp and not that many Qs to be found to do at the same time (some require a revisit). Tank heaven in this place and pally friendly too.
- 3. Zul'Farrak - a big instance and lots of mobs with multiple pulls all too easy to draw. You need tough armour but it is a fairly easy one to complete. The best thing about ZF is that you can go in and complete about 6 red quests in about 3 hours - top quality reward xp :) Also pally friendly.
That's my short list of the best instances. Which do you reckon?

Aztec gets my vote every time :D
Oddly enough my favorite was Scarlet Monestary. No idea why. Maybe it was the fact it was so close to The Undercity and I had to make a solo PVP enabled run home afterwards?

Never mind scarlet, that would be enough to turn your trousers a different colour altogether
