This map you claim to have made is MINE. I have the original .vmf, .bsp and compile logs. You guys didnt even change anything to make it look different. I made this map for our hl2mp server, 67.19.81.74:27015 DEADCLAN'S Graveyard about 6 months ago. Its been running on that server ever since. Heres a link to the map and your claim:

Ive searched for dead man walking site and this is the only one I can find. If this is not your claim to my map then I apologize and will continue to look for the people who claim my map as theirs. If this is you claiming my map as yours who do I sue?
Please contact levels4you and REMOVE your claim as the authors of my level. I have the original .vmf.

There is indeed a German clan called DMW. There are in fact several clans playing a number of games that call themselves Dead Men Walking. We have to exclusive claim to that name sadly. We always use the tag -=[dMw]=- to signify our clan. We can assure you that we did not post this map to Levels4you.com nor do we make any claim that it is ours.
Hope you find the culprits.

I can understand your frustration but I do not appreciate ANYBODY accusing -=[dMw]=- of stuff like this. Your first paragraph is basically stating that -=[dMw]=- have done this without producing any proof or without even asking if we are the clan in question. WE ARE NOT!
I know that you later state that if it isn't us then you apologise but that does not really make up for the false accusations that you have already made.
Point 1. YOU contact levels4you and tell them that we are not the clan in question.
Point 2. If you have posted this anywhere else accusing us of this then I strongly suggest you remove the postings and post an apology. Are you man enough to admit you are wrong and do that?
Point 3. Please post back here to say that you have removed any accusations against us that you have made.
Now, if we can do anything to help you find out who is doing this then we will. -=[dMw]=- stand for teamwork, attitude and honour. We would not be happy if somebody took some of our work (not that we do any ;)) and claimed it as their own.
As has been stated earlier, there are many people who play under a "Deadman" tag and we are only one of those communities. I will personally have a dig around to see what I can turn up.
In the meantime I feel that an apology is in order for the way in which you have come launching into our forums falsley accusing us of this.

A good morning to you aswell. First of all, welcome to the site, second of all....I don't think we claim a map at all. So wrong guys to type to. For the rest a nice hello could have been nice but ahwell, it's a difficult word to type/say.

Edit: The map doesn't look like a CounterStrike-map unless there was an update overnight and they added a crossbow kind of thing....We're more of a CS-community...

As has been stated by others we are primarily a counterstrike clan. If read the front page of www.deadmen.co.uk (http://www.deadmen.co.uk) you would have been able to see this. We also have a list of the servers we are running. You would have been able to see that sa a clan we don't run a HL2DM server. Maybe you should do a little research before accusing people of stealing things? If however you feel that you still have an issue with our clan you should contact our adimns via private message and allow them to help you. They are Tealeaf and Oldbloke.
