i love the song 'Feel Good Inc' Kor Blimey!
I'm still liking the Scissor Sisters album :)
Should have a few coming from work this week, monthly freebie normally come in first week of the month, expecting Gorillaz and Coldplay.
Got Teenage Fanclub's new album Man Made today, pretty good.
Bruce Springsteens' new one, Devil's & Dust, superb, very atmospheric.
Went to see The Tears last week and they were excellent, blokes that used to be in Suede, their album is out next week, should be good.
Album of the month though hsa to be Ryan Adams, Cold Roses. :)
i really should invest in that new System Of A Down album considuring im seeing them at this years Download Festival
Quotei love the song 'Feel Good Inc' Kor Blimey!

I'll second that :)
If you like them then look up his back catalogue ("Love Is Hell", "Heartbreaker", etc) and the stuff he did with a band called "Whiskeytown" (the album "Pneumonia" or "Strangers Almanac" are great)
The new NiN record is pretty decent, though it feels like he's trying too hard in places. It pretty much makes up for The Fragile (in which he barely tried at all) being an utter piece of toss.
Other than that I don't think I've bought any records worth mentioning since the new Bark Psychosis record, Codename Dustsucker, which came out last summer. It's pretty awesome, but not as good as their last record, Hex, which came out ten years earlier.
Shee, people shouldn't take so long to make new records.
My favourite albums are "The War On Errorism" and "The Decline" by NOFX.
Both are well worth a listen if you're into the prog rock/punk genre.
Ambulance LTD is the artist of choice this week. Good old fashioned indie
Yoga means Union and primitive are two good tracks.
Listen to them and a few of the others at www.ambulancenyc.com (http://www.ambulancenyc.com)
I'd have to say atm its You can be special too by Evil Nine, overall anything by Led Zeppelin does it for me every time.
i'm also liking the eminem album encore, got some crackingly good songs on there
Wholy cow I must be getting old. Either that or I never get out.
I've never heard of half the bands you havementioned
I'm maybe a bit too 'middle of the road' or old fashioned, I dunno, but my favs are older ones.
Like Meatloaf-bat out of Hell; ELO-Out of the Blue, Rod Stewart-Greatest Hits Vol I, Aerosmith-Permanent Vacation, anything by Billy Joel.
I do have alot of more modern (kinda) stuff like Coldplay, Starsailor, Embrace which I think are fantastic but none I would say are a fav album.
I like the ones I've had for yonks cause I know all the words.
lol dont worry i dont know half of em either
just brought the last 2 feeder albums i needed to finish of the collection so i now have all their albums now  all 6
the ones i got where polythene and swim which are both qulity albums some of the best out of the lot i must say being a big feeder fan
there the baders nadgers
Machine Head - Hell Alive.
I can see that not many of you are heavy metal fans but this is an awesome live album...
Tough one. Amon Tobin - chaos theory is a good bet at the moment.
Tox: I have some Machine Head and the alike aswell :)
Hmm... it's a really tough one, but I can always listen to Rage against the machines first album... But I also think that Far beyond driven by Pantera is one of the most genre defining albums in years... It sounds pretty ambitious, but I really mean it. The general sound, the guitar riffs... it's so... dark and ominous... the perfect soundtrack to the good old Doom
For me it has to be either "Brothers In Arms" by Dire Straits or "The Final Cut" by Pink Floyd - both because I'm a sentimental ex-military old fool

:withstupid:
My taste in music, pretty varied and reflects my musical influences as I've grown up -
1st Album at the age of 9 - Reggatta de Blanc by The Police (still have it top album)
Ska - original, 2nd and 3rd wave ie, trojan, two-tone and now 9slice has gotten me into General Rudi, good stuff
Punk and Oi! -
Cockney rejects - Here we go again, Blitz - Someones gonna die tonight, Cock Sparrer - Chip on my soldier, Subhumans
Adam and the Ants - First 2 albums (when they where punkier)
House - original 86 stuff, house nation, love can't turn around, nitro delux etc
Madchester/brit pop/indie - Stone Roses, Manics, Charlatans, etc
Rap - love it all from old skool (suger hill/afrikka bambatta/Grandmaster flash), gangsta rap (cube/ice T/), Public Enemy (one of the greatest bands ever)
Favourite rap songs - Simon Says - Pharoe Monch (awsome), Pete Rock and CL Smooth - Reminesce over you, I like some newer rap like Nas - Get down, Kayne West - Gold digger
Reggae: I love lovers rock/dancehall, roots, particularly Sugar Minnot, Frankie Paul, Barrington Levy, I don't like Ragga.
Latest albums, Snow Patrol (very cool), foo fighters, Dakota - Stereophonics (single of the year for me), Kayne west
special mentions: lounge music - sinatra, deano etc, beach boys, 60's soul etc,
Oh and I like chill-out too.
Oops I seem to have covered most forms of music from the last 50 years!
Current fave - Kanye West - Late Registration
Oh and Jamie Cullum's new one
Dog Cheese, great album.
But other than that, Goldfrapp's new offering (grammar excused) is good.
Sadly I kinda like all the stuff Dewey stated...
Dewey have you heard 'Hijack'
Soz Armitage but i just can't listen to the killers. I saw them live at Glastonbury Festival earlier this year and i still didn't enjoy it so went to Chemical brothers instead. Now they were good! 8)
My hatred of the killers, razor light and other bands like them might have somthing to do with having only listened to Slayer for the past few months.
Have to agree with Madness on the Iron Maiden front there. :D
