Please tell us a bit about yourself. For example, how long you have been playing CS/CZ/CS:S, what interests do you have outside the playing of computer games, what do you do (work/education etc) and any other information you feel would be helpful in order for our members to get to know you.

Most of you should already know me well. I've been to several LAN's and I've been a member of dMw since August 02. I've been playing CS since version 1.4. Outside of PC games, I enjoy the outdoors, racing my RX8 around and unfortunately working my ass off. I work for BakBone Software as their Financial Controller.

In your own words, how would you explain TCS to an outsider?

TCS is objective based CS. Think of it as a war scrim simulation. For example, if you're a Terrorist in posession of a bunch of hostages, it's very unlikely that you're going to wander off and see if there's any CT's approaching now is it? Most likely you'll get shot by your own people for doing something so stupid. TCS is also about team work. Like any military group, without your comrades by your side, you're history. They rely on you and you rely on them.. TCS is also about fun.


What type of player do you think is attracted to TCS?

Those that enjoy the finer aspects of CS. Those that are tired of frag monkies sprinting to the choke points at the begining of the map. Also the players of higher skill that are bored of picking off the stupid running around with their hair on fire all over the map. Those that are out for Team Play and Objective Based CS


In the previous question, which of those traits best describe you?

All of them except the Higher Skill as I don't devote my life to being a better FPS player like some do.

Why do you wish to become more involved in our community? Please state which aspects of the next Company appeal to you.

Match play representing dMw. I would also like to learn more about becoming an admin. My main reason for wanting to move to Charlie Co now after all this time is that I want to get more involved in the community and offer whatever assistance I can including the LAN organisation etc.

How do you think you would add value to the dMw community if your application is accepted?

Enthusiasm, dedication, challenging opinion. I want dMw to be more than it is now. I want to see the servers full all the time. I want to drive more activity to our servers. I also want to help out with the LAN organisation so it doesn't begin to get stale.

Have you ever been in a Clan before? If yes then which ones and why did you leave?

No. I have no interest in other Clans besides this one.

Which other games do you play?

Halo, Neverwinter Nights, Splinter Cell, Star Wars.

The no vote was from me. I have only seen him on the servers a couple of times and don't have a perception of him as a player. Not the most active in the forums but posts more than some I guess.

I do remember that he really irrtated me at some point in the past (about a year ago) but I can't remember what it was about so it can't have been earth shatteringly important. If he does get into Charlie I won't have a problem with that though.

I have met NF at 3 LANs and he is a good guy and that is why I seconded him. Sometimes he can be a bit rough around the edges but hey who can't.  :whistle:
