Without being funny, I think in principle they are behaving with perfectly good economic sense, and their system does allow for taxes and duties to be waived in individual cases, at it is clearly the relevant governmental office that is at fault, not the policy...
Have done likewise BB with a stinging rebuke for the Government, regardless of individual Departments, that is a SHAMEFUL way to behave :ranting:
