Looking at the tweak guide there are two commands:
sv.useGlobalRank [0,1] -
sv.useGlobalUnlocks [0,1] -
Does that mean we could have access to everything (unlocks) on the dMw server depending on whether these commands are on or off?
Indeed. I've now switched them off so all weaps are available.
In addition I've switched off the ability to change the camera view when in vehicles. This will add to the realism enabling ground forces to sneak up on vehicles with a better chance of being undetected.

Does this basically mean things like all snipers will now have the 50 cal rifle? Though I've (still) not gotten round to installing it I don't know if that's bad or not, but it sounds like it could lame things up a little.
