No you do not have to be serious all the time. However, you DO have to treat other members with respect and you are expected to not annoy the membership in general. You have continually overstepped the bounds in the last couple of days and despite the warnings you have continued to do so.

I for one will not be sad to see the back of you based on your recent behaviour pattern which has been childish and abusive.

It's funny how when discovered someone can be tipped over the edge..................
