Another film I watched recently. I'm not going to waffle on about this one. Just to say it is NOT in any way a feel good movie. There is nothing triumphant going on here. It's not a story about a girl and her trainer working their way to the top, with it all ending in a big Rockyesque final fight. It is a sad, miserable film that deals with tragedy, pain and loss. It end on a huge downer, with only the slightest ray of light. If you're expecting a feel good movie this is not going to be it.
I'm not suggesting it's a bad film, but bare in mind that this will end up making you cry rather than cheer.
