hello everyone,

its quite nostalgic being in this forum again :)

i think 2007 was the last time ive been with you guys. i did my high school diploma in germany at that time.
in that year i moved to egypt, studied in kairo a bit but most of the time i was working as a diving instructor in the red sea.
anyway, i decided to quit my life there because i still want to study at the university and get a degree.
so im back in good old germany sitting in classrooms again
i never played in my time in egypt, but im still a passionate gamer and i remember that i had an awesome time playing games with you guys. well, in fact i only played css back then, but nevertheless i had a lot of fun.

an interesting fact: i remember only a single man who was with me in my highschoolclass in 2007. all the others passed out of my mind. but i remember so many people from this community like blunt, whitey, doorman, sadako, bk, lee, penfold, snooki and many many more - that is just a proof how awesome this community is.

anyway, if i have time to play, i usually play league of legends, which is a really good game. is there a dmw- lol team here?

im looking forward to see you guys in a game :D

greetings to all dmw members! :dmw:

Quote from: Le Rouge;2570351. Egypt (along with most other countries, but let's focus on an Arab coutry) thinks Israel is right and that Hamas is the assaulting party here. I can't recall even a single time in which Egypt has supported Israel against a Palestinian faction.

Mr Mubarak is a dictator. he ruled the country with violence, already since 30 years. He always get 99% of the votes but all the people hate him. when he die, his son will become the next despot.
when you say anything against him, you go to prison or you disapear forever.
mubaraks actions are never compatible with the people opinion. no one demonstrate or talk about politics. they are all afraid of this tyrant.

so normally we should send forces to egypt to free the people here. but he is accepted by us, the european countrys, because he is our lapdog. every year they send him many billion dollars to steady him. america support this terroristic system. they dont care what happens here, as long as mubarak do what they want him to.
to your quote: maybe mubarak is on israels side, but 90% of the egyptians have a different belief.
unfortunately its the same situation in every arabic country nowadays- stupid, selfish and violent dictators who are doing everything in contradiction with what the people want.
why is egypt so important for america? because egypt (nasser and sadat) was the main force in the wars. they united the arabic countrys back in 67 or 73. without the egyptian leadership, the arabic countrys were (are) unable to react.

im afraid this will change in the next years.
the people are afraid, but theyre ready to unite for a revolution. maybe they only need a strong leader. and this, regarding to israel will maybe lead to a total destruction of both sides.
1973 henry kissinger came here to talk to the arabic leaders because of the oil crisis. they met with him in a tent, not a palace or a government building and told him that they can live like this again. living in a tent, eating bred and beens, riding on a donkey. they lived like this before they became rich from the oil, and they can live like this again.
grim determination on one side uncompliableness and a-bombs on the other.
this is only the beginning...

Seriously though ... / Looking for a job.
November 29, 2008, 05:51:03 PM
hi everyone,
very nice that you almost finished your study t-bag! :thumb:
however, its strange that its that hard to find a job with your qualification.- in germany, people who studied physics are desperately wanted by the economy. here in hurghada, the german consul is a dipl. physician, but i think this is an exeption and not the usual career.

if i understood you right, youre overqualified, right? - well, youll have a master graduation, so if you dont want to earn another master graduation in engineering, you can also earn the doctor degree.
im honest, i dont know much about the career of a physician, and what is the best to do, but ill give you an advice anyway :D

i just think that when you become a doctor, it will give you many new opportunities.
for example, you said you like the experimental parts of physics, so as a doctor, you are an expert in your subject, so you can work in a research facility and make experimentations the hole day...
(...maybe i have the wrong conception about the work of a researching scientist, - i just thought about gordon freeman :lmfao:)

whatever you do t-bag, good luck and have fun!

PS: when you decide to proceed, im sure bb can change your name, just like sadako... :D

PPS: maybe moving to germany, or another country would be a good idea.
