The Clean Up / Leaving SoG
November 07, 2006, 04:56:28 PM
Yes I'm going back to Cantonium Elites, which you probably know. But raiding wont be a large part of it, because I will quit that due to the temptation I cant resist of raiding when actually I should make homework or such

Sorry that I got to announce this while alot are leaving RG2 and especially with them it isnt going great.

But a friend of mine finally bought WoW and he wanted to be in a Dutch speaking guild because his English isnt as good as it should be and his nephews are aswell in that guild. He asked me if I wanted to join aswell, but at first said no because I was raiding with RG2 but know that I stepped down and pretty much dont do anything on my Priest. I will mostly not even be on Sebas but on another character I'll level together with my friend.
Been alot of fun raiding with you guys in BWL, MC and the 20-mans instances. I wish RG2 the best of luck reorganising themselves and hopefully get further in BWL! :byebye:

Another two experienced players leave the group. Shame to see it, but I can understand it, though I do not know what has happened.

A shame that it is for CTRaid, and not for the "better" addons like Perfectraid :narnar: Though it is a good concept

The Clean Up / Stepping Down from RG2
October 29, 2006, 01:06:03 PM
It could be a bit egoistic Yrthal but those 3 factors added up:
-Cant commit fully to RG2 due to Tuesday as a raid day.
-Homework goes first, which I cant make myself if Im raiding in the evening
-Yet again Molten Core which I did enough and it becomes a job, instead of a game as it should be.

Those made me make this decision, which was enough for me. And I helped alot of people in MC, I've been doing that since september last year... But there's also that there is a attendancy requirement which I just can't meet. So why should I take a spot as Defender when Im only 50% there at most?
Sorry if you cant agree on it, but this is my decision. I still stay in the guild to help when I can.

The Clean Up / Stepping Down from RG2
October 29, 2006, 08:10:38 AM
Because I have the same problem of not being able to raid on Tuesdays, I will also step down from RG2. I was really annoyed to see after my 2 weeks off in England that RG2 has been scattered and needs to be reforged. This means extra time in MC again and such, which is something I dont want to do. The game should be fun to play and I get almost none of it out of Molten Bore, even if you grant me some nice items. I've been there enough and I'll stop raiding with any guild till atleast BC comes out. This way I can focus better on school because I haven't got the control to make my homework in the evenings if there's a raid aswell. So I think this would be the best solution for me.
I will stay in the guild, and help out in the occasions RG2, SoG One, 20 man or anyone needs me. :) Hope that RG2 can make it out of this dip and reorganise themselves and push on to Nefarion and even further :boxing:

The Clean Up / Rg2 Raid Day Change!!!!
October 17, 2006, 07:24:49 PM
*sigh* I hope this wasn't happening, but it did and well as expected. Like I explained in the poll thread of this subject, I can and will not switch so that I can attend on Tuesdays for this game. I've got rugby training than and that goes ahead of this. So this would be it for my time as a Defender in this guild I think. My attendance wasn't great and now that it will be reduced to 50% per week, no way I can decently attend let alone get some DKP...
Seeing as raiding is all I've got one my Priest, well maybe I should quit this guild/game/whatever. No raiding = No fun on my Priest, and only attending the half of the raids isn't what I want. I want there to be as much as I can. Well I'm still in England and I'm not going to think about this till I get home late in October, it'll be settled than.  :no2:

News/Announcements / dMw and SoG
October 16, 2006, 09:18:32 AM
Quote from: OldBloke;156394Like dMw they have a structured application process and weed out immature and inappropriate applicants and as a result the Guild is populated with mature and sensible gamers having fun with their online game of choice.

So I'm wondering, how did Sinap get in than? :narnar:

But thanks lads, and maybe Ill get CS:S, played at a friend of mine and its actually quite awesome
