Yes. Any graphics program e.g. photoshop would do and even Windows Paint would do the job.

irfanview - best little piece of freeware out there for converting graphics, particularly batches of images!

The Gimp - best freeware option of a photoshop-like program I've found so far if you actually want to edit the images rather than just convert them...

but then, as the doctor said, MSPaint will do it too!

i have got paint shop pro 9  but cant seem to find how to actually change the  image :blush:
