My New apartment

Hi Guys,

 For those of you who are unaware, I recently cashed in a load of shares and have bought out-right an apartment in a French ski resort as an investment property.   A bit scary, but it was either buy into a pension or an alpine escape house? As of the end of February it will be available to be rented for weekends/weeks. (I have attached a photo)  I will handle the initial bookings myself while I search for an appropriate property manager. Weeks would be approximately £200 mates rates (£600 a week normally). It has truly amazing views of the local area and is sure to be popular. Thought I d give you all a first look. Let me know if you're interested and I'll hold the dates for you.

access from the ladder to the door could prove a bit tricky after a few jars but otherwise it looks quite reasonable !!
