What that means is that the temperature rose from an initial sub-zero to 5°C at the height of the overclock.  Even a phase-change system will not cool to sub-zero on extreme overclocks.

you have a board and another thingy, and it keeps your cpu @room temperature(if your room is 10 deg it keeps your cpu 10deg
