Greatdanes

I have participant in allmost every RG2 raid(miss 1) and wondering about the choice of MA person.

When there is a hunter participant from RG1 or a alt hunter to a RG1 member, he is giving the MA job.
I find that wrong because RG2 hunters will not get the experience in the MA job then and it is nice to known what target should be taken first as MA.
Okay, we can see what target the MA takes and learn by that but it is not the same as when you have the responsibility to take the right target(fockus is everything).

My proposal will be at RG2 hunters are giving the MA job at all time on a RG2 raid and it rotate between the RG2 hunters so all get the experience with the job(I think this will be the best because if someone is prevent in a raid, we have some one who can take over).

If any RG1 hunters are participant they can give the person support and advice instead.

Sorry for any/the bad spelling

In the early weeks of RG2 whilst still learning the general nature of the instance we chose to give MA to hunters whom we knew were MC experienced in our own tactics.  Now that we are more settled the Officers' intention is as you describe, to appoint RG2 Hunters to the role.

If at first you have an experianced tank and MA its a hell of a lot eazyer to get a feel for the fights, and thus mastering them quicker. now that every1 has a feel for the fights, i think its eazyer to train ppl to get MA job.

And lets face it, when I MA'ed it generally caused more chaos than order anyhow.
