No that is probely right. But guess if he dont gets up to RG1, then we will not be interested in leading anyway. But ofc dont know for sure how his plans are for the future, IF he dont gets a RG1 spot.

If Spi is going for a RG1 spot, I see no reason we use time in persuade him to be RL in RG2. A waist of time in my opinion. We will just bring us in the same situation as we have now.
