For the Gruul group, that is more than twice the amount of people that were signed up, and increasing a raid group with that many people aren't something that should be taken lightly upon.

That isn't really my point. On the last meeting, we all discussed and agreed on that recruiting so that we have roughly half a Gruul group and than find somebody to have a temporary alliance with for Gruul would be the way to go. That should be the thing we should focus on than iom.

As I said earlier, it can be discussed if we perhaps should try to aim a bit higher, but might I than emphasize the discussion part. At least make a thread about it so we can share some opinions on the matter and perhaps come to a new conclusion, and not that it as a "discussion" in the middle of an application evaluation. It is all about communication!

But seeing that Aloha turned down the invite, I guess the rogue spot is now open, so Blackmetal could get a chance. I still think that it was a really sucky application - didn't seem like he put any effort or feelings into it at all, which I believe say a bit about the person - but as others have mentioned, this is not the time to be picky.

Per update in the SOP-thread, and also mentioned in another thread in there, we should keep the application thread in the WIP section during the initiation phase (and remember to suffix with INITIATE), so I moved it back here.

Should make it easier to keep overview of who the initiates are at any give time. Should make it easier to have a good evaluation of their initiation period

his 1st riad with us tonight, he performed resonably well.

i wisperd him when the raid was at its lowest point (just b4 maiden) he still seemed happy he seems to have a decent attitude. lets hope he wasnt ****ed off about the wipe fest tonight
