I know the sites themselves are not illegal (or are they) but they do link to copyrighted material. I don't want to be a kill joy but these should probably not be linked too in an open forum.

It found the first song I thought of no problems (made sure it was one I already owned). Quality is ok (192kbs). Download was slow. Didn't appear to be loaded with viruses or anything. Can't fault it.

I guess seaching the net for mp3s is not illegal, but this does have similarities to the long dispute with torrents and such. so, despite not being illegal, it can be seen as unethical, so grey area which makes your point adequately valid. I will delete the link, ppl can PM me if they want to know what I stumbled upon.
