Oke im officially done with Saori. Yesterday again (as always) he didnt have shards for SS and was unknow to the tacts of the fights. He said he thought we where going ulduar so he studied the wrong Bosses...i say that BS cos ToC was writin in the inv and we have been doing ToC25 on thursday for the last couple of weeks...apart from that he should know tacts from both ulduar and ToC and not just the one where on that particular night.

Seriously the nxt time hes with us and he has no shards again you can kick him from raid for al i care. i even think he was lying at that point cos he could summon his fel hound every time and that needs a shard aswell i think.

So my vote is Put Saori in the trail-members ship and see how he does nxt raid.

Another thing I did notice about saori last night was that when we were fighting Icehowl and the beast targeted him then he didn't even move! ok I can understand if you move and he hits you that happends to everyone at some point but he didn't even seems to move in any direction at ALL! :ranting2: luckily the healers were fast in responding as well as Tanales who tranq shototet him asap

That sounds precisely like the sort of raider you do not need to carry. In heroic his inability to move is a wipe on that boss as you cannot tranq it, so he needs to either put up or get demoted imo. You'll be doing HC soon, so people need to figure it out.

Sry for my late reply but i can only agree with Gijs, the guy its just to random as a player to trust. its dps wasted when ppl dont care about whats going on, and dies very quickly and we do have other who care and want to make an effort.

ok, this is good. He knows he is behind and is taking steps to get it sorted and is really trying. So as far as I am concerned he should not lose his raiding status for now and as long as the ranged class leaders can work with him and he takes onboard what is said then we'll have a good raider.

If only others took the initiative like he does and post like that.

Indeed, he's showing willingness to improve and in my opinion this is what everyone should be like if they need help.
