So, just wondering what other class leader/officer opinion on the subject was.

Bamsebror joined us on his shammy from postal due to his wedding commitments and not being able to raid us much. Sounds good, well geared shammy who knows all tacts. Option given for heroic loot ship.

He levels up his ret pally then switches mains. Shammy leaves the guild, now back in postal.

His ret pally is picking up some nice gear from ICC 25 man for 1dkp since most mains have it really. Its just the off specs that don't.

Appreciate ppl in the guild will have other chars in other guilds, however to me it just seems like a good way for him to gear up his ret pally.

What do people think?

ummm its a tough one, i didn't know he had changed, I thought that the reason he was in was for his shammy. What is his pally doing? is he in a role that we need covering or is he taking a spot from some one that could be using it other wise?

As long as he has good attendance and has competitive dps I don't see a problem ... If he's raiding with them that's fine as long as he is still turning up for our raids. Regards people swaping it can be done tho you would get a dkp reset unless it was requested by officers / RL to balance the rosta. If

Done some research on him and talked to some others tonight. Seems to me he's gearing up his alt with us. His attitude is not an asset to the guild and I strongly feel he'll be leaving us as soon as he gets the gear he wants. My advice: Kick him before he leaves us and gets the last laugh. Save the gear for the offspec healers...

I have to say my own experience of Bam has been poor in the extreme.  I think he's a total loot whore and using us big time, he also uses other non-guild raids for loot (his recent ghcat comments re reserved loot etc) which could get DMR a bad rep.  He's also a serious twat at times in gchat - as evidenced by one particular conversation in gchat during which he showed his true colours - it was made funnier in that Bell & I were discussing the stupidity of his comments in whisper during his ghcat spouting.

I'd just get rid of him, that's my 2 cents.  He does not fit.

It's a tricky one but I'd like to get him out as well.  He comes accross as arrogant and full of himself and I had to have another discussion with him on Putri regarding us "doing it the wrong way" (just before the try we got the kill!).  He's still raiding on his Shammy which is back in postal, so it looks like he's just using us to gear up his alt.  He's upsetting people with his attitude to obtaining loot and although he has had good attendance so far I can see him dissapearing as soon as he has the loot he wants.

I'd second a lot of the comments about him - even though I haven't raided with him, he's incredibly obnoxious in Gchat, didn't even congratulate us for the 2 progress kills (RS10 and the Icc group's Rot10 Hc kill). Boo urns.

Thanks TL. Was about to post the same thing here. Think we have a very valid reason to kick him here. Everything he writes and the way he says things are in violation with the basic DMR philosophy. He does exactly the same in GC and has NEVER done anything to help us with his experience as a raider. That goes for 10man and 25mans. I remember a 25man where he argues about the used tactics, I think with Mal (could be wrong there), basically calls us stupid for not getting them down and not agreeing to his tactics, which he starts whispering about in the middle of the raid. If he's not happy with the way things are going, he's free to leave (hint hint).

I'm disappointed with your comments in the post regarding hunters  tanking sindy. I can understand its unusual tho not worth calling  someone stupid. We have a very clean forum and its in rare cases that  the admins feel they need to comment.  for me telling people to "go f**k  yaself" ect is not what I expect to see. If that's the sort of attitude  you bring to the guild I don't want it. I don't think you fully  understand what we try to promote with dmw as your actions have fallen  very short of our expectations regarding raiding with us and comments in  gchat. As such ill be removing you from the guild. I wish you all the  best in your future raiding
