Starting by abseiling, what a cheat. The only way to do it properly is to start at the bottom. And he gets virtually pulled up on the top rope. What a cheat. Climbing spot looked like fun though. Where was it?

GO TO BED grumpy chops - sheesh.

Abseiling's great. Haven't done it for 20 years and the last time was down the rock of Gibraltar with the army but it's pretty exhilarating.

I thought it was really good and presented well. Bruce came across superbly- nice one!
