Been running it since RC1 and iÂ´m totally happy with it.

been on and off Chrome for the last 6 month, because i was tired of Firefox 3.6.

Now itÂ´s a different animal, i love the new UI.

And itÂ´s fast. for me anyway.

I've not been long switched over to Chrome as Firefox was starting to annoy me, but I've updated Firefox to 4.0 & it looks pretty good so far.

My mac just updated itself to FF 4.0 - its a massive step up, speed on a par with Chrome, and still better addons. Also started using Xmarks to sync bookmarks across all my browsers. Quality stuff.

Chrome is still the fastest browser out there with Opera closing in.

i wonÂ´t give up on Firefox tough, for me it has been the most stable browser i have ever used.

Of course it begs the question 'Does it matter that something very fast is a bit faster than something else that is very fast?' I've not noticed that Firefox was every very slow in the first place. So I think Chrome v Firefox is just down to personal choice. I'll certainly be giving it a look.

Firefox 3.6 was slower than chrome for load time and for page rendering but this could be tuned by editing config files in firebox. In the end if you kept it clean there wasn't much in it in terms of rendering time.

The thing that made me use chrome over firefox was all of the stupid updates around 3.5. There was literally one a week for a period of time.

Chrome and Firefox are both awesome browsers and I still use Firefox for FIRE FTP and logging into routers and JavaScript enabled websites as chrome is a bit more temperamental.

Will give 4 a try though as I love the ADDONS such as ADBLOCK etc.

You cant go wrong with either really!

Cisco Call Manager refuses to work in Chrome, which makes me a sad panda.

I like Firefox 4, both mobile and desktop are pretty good, but I'm pretty much tied into Chrome now so... I can't be arsed!

Chrome is fast (when it's launched it's launched...something that can't be said about Firefox yet), and the biggest deal for me is the address bar. I'm so used to having one bar to type into anything else seems pre-historic to me. I type the letter l and press enter and I'm on lamebook.com. f and enter and I'm on failblog.org. On firefox I have to press arrow keys etc and if I'm searching I'm using a separate box, it's not intuitive after using chrome.
I used to love firefox, I used it for years, even for a while after chrome came out because of plug-ins. But I've realised there's nothing I can't do in Chrome, so I don't use anything else.

I find that Chrome still feels a bit beta. Some web sites mysteriously don't work or loose certain functionality where as in FF and IE they just work. Certain addons like noscript and the Lastpass seem to be work-arounds rather than fully functional apps. Chrome has always seemed a little too lightweight for me. The great thong is we can discuss which browser we prefer at all. If Microsoft had got it's way we'd all be stuck with IE for ever, and that's a scary thought
