No, games are set as per the pinned post in this section, however people are always free to play whatever games they have and there are often groups of people trying different games during the LAN.  The supported game means the one we will be using for the competitions and for which we will be providing servers.

DuVeL

I've got the game, lets see what we can do!
Also, I wouldn't mind a game of World of Tanks if possible...
Survivor of LAN V, VI, VIII, IX, X, XII, XIV, XVI, XVIII, XX, XXIV, XXX, XXXII, XXXIV and XXXVI so far...

He has to kill Ninja_Freak, a young Man whose life will have a great significance in years to come.Ninja has only one protector - DuVeL - also sent from the future. The Terminator uses his exceptional intelligence and strength to find Ninja_Freak & attempt to terminate him.

I have the game and all DLC.

Sneaky, your best bet is to have a chat with others at the LAN when you get there and see if anyone wants to play with you. A game Like boarderlands doesn't need a server and only has 4 slots so it slightly antisocial compared to the likes of COD4, but a lot of people play such games in small groups.

Can I make the suggestion of using the flipchart and some bluetac to write up if people want to play "unsupported" games and people can find these smaller games more easily.

Khrispykhicken

If you don't mind I could join i got to install a crap load of stuff before the LAN :D

T-Bag

I have the game + DLC too. Might give it a go. My brothers have been telling me how good LAN play is but I'm yet to try it.

I might be really geeky and make a website in using IIS (hosted on my machine) where people can put down what games they are playing, when with the details etc.

That is if I have time.

What does everyone think?
