does it have an onboard graphics? as well as your PCI card? if so try removing the PCI card see if that does anything, this will just rule out if its jsut the PCI slot card or if its something else

Simple test: pop your graphics card into a different PC, and see if you get a picture from it.

If you get nothing, then you have a dead graphics card and its RMA time.
