Active Guild Members / Inactive Cleanup

Greetings Dark Council!

I'm proposing to keep this thread as a database for us to do some cleanup in our guild, since not so many people take their time to say goodbye on the forums. It will contain only the list of inactive players, so we can keep track of who we have stripped down to recruit.

I've created a spreadsheet in Google Docs, access only for those with link. Atm You can only view it, but i can change that.

The list is really messed up, so it will take more time than i anticipated. I will keep it updated, and i think when i'll finish we should do some cleanup afterall, at least with some notes there.

you can see ingame when people logged in for the last time. But removing, do you mean from ops list or guild?

Guild, so if they happen to change their mind and give the game another chance, we'll have them on the list and skip the process of invitation - or - ask them why the've left without letting anybody know.

I can take care of it, and write down here the names of members that were not around since 1st May for example, and then moving forward the date of that reports. Then, in about a week or two after 1.3 hts we'll start removing people with approval of the majority of the Dark Council.

I wouldn't remove them from the guild, i would change their rank to recruit or something like that, but no removing.

Well, i suppose i just had an urgent need to do something for the guild, so I came up with cleaning some stuff up

But i like the idea of Ice. Only i'd put the names here anyway so that we can easily keep track of them in some decent form. Whenever the server merge will happen, bare in mind that the guild limit is only 500. But to counter that they'll probably increase that cap, as well as cap of character slots per server.

Pen, no worries mate you are in for the long haul like it or not, I am determind to get you doing OP's and I have all the time in the world mate.  

I think it wouldnt hurt to see who has left and also do a clear up on the badges, I think Ice is right about the toons though.  But if anyone wants to come back then we can do it easly.
