Audmoor House is being developed into a holiday let and is no longer available for overflow.

I'm waiting for another call back from him to explore other options (I was time limited when we spoke earlier today).

There are three other hotels/B&B's within walking distance of the OC, all of whom have capacity at the moment, so we have options.
