I am pinging from Tel Aviv, but still, last 3-4 days it's been ~250. Any idea why? it used to be 100-150... :(

The host company has had a problem with one of the fibres that one of its carriers uses.  It has therefore had to swap over to a slower and lower capacity copper connection whilst this is fixed. Hence your ping times have jumped up.

Whether the increase in ping is actually due to this at all or even partly will depend upon looking at your own specific connection and route to the server.  Why not try Pingplotter and take a look to see where the roblems lie?  You may find it really is the issue I mentioned above, but you may find it is some other part of your connection which you should then take up with your own ISP.

Hope this helps.

Thx m8, back to normal.

I do encounter problems normally on Fri-Sat, due the weekend here (Shabal that is, for us in Israel), but this was another kind of problem. Anyhow, no1 on right now on DMW :-(
