excellent stuff!

only problem is I can see the "internet license" fee on the horizon now...or perhaps they'll make it a "media license - one for radio, tv, freeview, and the internet..." joy

Fee, what fee?  Am I missing something? The article says ...

I write down everything I want to remember. That way, instead of spending a lot of time trying to remember what it is I wrote down, I spend the time looking for the paper I wrote it down on.

reports in the news have recently hinted that the current BBC tv license fee (you know the one...I hope!) will be extended to include the internet, or increased if you want internet. The idea being that as you can download tv programs off their website you'll be required to pay for a license. The codec's free though.

But if I want to watch a program, i'll just turn on the telly - why bother downloading it, especially when I could be using the bandwidth for something far more useful, like CZ :)
