One thing that REALLY annoys me...

Not much annoys me in the game - except my own stupidity sometimes...

But this one thing REALLY gets me.

Say you are driving round in a jeep and you have passengers, when all of a sudden you run straight into an enemy APC, or worse, enemy tank.

 

Now for some strange querk of luck HE doesn't see YOU but drives on to his objective, and you - thanking your lucky stars - drive the other way to yours!

HOWEVER...(And this is what annoys the hell out of me)...One of your passenger seems to thing he just HAS to take a pot shot at the armoured enemy ~ for what reason I do not know.

NOW the APC/tank knows you are there, turns round and blows the bejeezus out of you!

Why?  :frusty:

Why take a shot at a vehicle you know is bigger and better than you - why shoot an AK47/M16 at an tank???

Sorry - but this JUST happened - and the twit ~ who somehow felt that his SINGLE  5.56mm bullet would magically take out a armoured vehicle ~ got my whole squad killed!

It never ceases to amaze me just how stupid some people can be.

The number of times I've driven a 3 man squad via jeep, to try and backdoor an opponents base - your thinking lets go in stealthy and take it, but some idiot on an mg decides to let off rounds - at nothing, literally nothing he wants to shoot the frickin gun - duh!  <_<

Yeah generally it would be a good idea for people to think of what they shoot at and when

The only time I bother to do that with the M16 etc is when the vehicle/chopper I attack is damaged. For instance if one grenade does not take out a buggy you can cause it to explode by shooting approx. 1 clip into the jeep

I hate it when your fullspeed in a tank and people are crossing the street and not watching to left or to the right. Damn pedestrians.Also teamm8s running, they see an enemy and drop infront of your tank and staying there  :ranting:

The guy that shot at it was the guy in the back (not the guy on the roof MG) - he had an M16 - which is a 5.56 X 45mm NATO round (virtually!).
