i downloaded the 100mb trailer for the new ps3 game and tbh i was  stunned..
and the raiden bit at the end well what can u say...not sure if this was a mix of in game and video but still looked dam good :dribble:

Looks pretty nifty.  I really enjoyed the original MGS when I had my PS1.  didn't bother with a PS2, hence have missed out on the subsequent games.

One question: MGS was supposedly set in 2005.  How far in the future is this game set?  Snake's looking a little decrepid these days.  :learn:

It's a shame you missed them. MGS2 looked stunning, especially for the PS2, and MGS3, which I have just recently finished, also lookes amazing. However, MGS3 is also very greeping and emotional (at least for me, I am a 33 yr old sucker for these manipulations :-) ).

MGS4 does look promising, I hope I won't have to sell my car just to buy the console...
