34 Ppl currently have the required attendance (6/9 or better), these dont:

Soulbringerx (Guardian: Ask/Warn?)

2 short:
Threbrilith (Guardian: Ask/Warn?)
Umbra (Guardian: Ask/Warn?)

4 short:
Neff (Guardian: Warn?)
Shadowelf (Guardian: Warn?)

5 short:
Kakaroth (Gaurdian: Warn/Demote?)
Strontiumdog (Guardian: Warn/Demote?)
Dalto (Guardian: Warn/Demote?)

6 short:
Sunil (Guardian: Demote)
Palan (Guardian: Demote)

Please help out by telling if you have info on why some1 has low attendance. I know some have stepped down, but i dont know whom, so same for those let me know

Yeah, mine was expected and its gonna stay the same over the next coming time. I will continue to be very active on the forums tho and the same level of commitment in the raids

Umbra was not at last raid due to a date.
And I think similar situasons before.
Threbrilith just finished his batchelor degre in computers, so guessing that is the reason that he was off.


Spirithus has been woorking like mad lateley,but calls when he gets home to se if we need him, usually round 10:00  .The amount  of woork is due to vacation/religious days these weeks.



THis system was implemented during exam season, so I don't know if it i too fair to the students raiding with us.
Sending out a warning to pl who were 2 below rec seems rasonabol.
Demoting those who attended non I have no problems with.

well id mail every1 thats on that list and just ask how come they didnt attented the required ammount, and i also need to filter out the ppl that stepped down, are inactive, and stuff, so expect it to be updated sometime today
