Yep bastet, the commanders are aware. but we discussed this issue last night and found it would be more siutable to have more than 1 of each. because its not likely that Kregoron or Lunares is available when we need em to be. but at least 1 commander will be, else there will be no run.

I think what Bastet was trying to say in a nicer way was that you had failed to appreciate that it is not your place to introduce new Guild Banks.  Did it not strike you that you might need to check with FMs if it was ok to ignore existing Guild Bank accounts and unilterally set up entirely different Guild Bank accounts run by trial Commanders?  Nope I figured not.

If you want to ask where Guild loot should be held please feel free to do so, but in the mean time please use the accounts we already have.  Commanders have to think within the framework of the Guild here and some times I think you forget that you are part of a bigger machine, we all have to work together - this means you are not a totally autonomous department, you are just another part of the management team that runs the Guild.  The effect of that is that there are some things that you can do on your own, but there are a whole bunch of others that need the involvement (and often the approval) of the Field Marshalls.  When it goes wrong the buck stops with the FMs - that's where the buck stops.

Yea TL that is true. the chars are made and are ready to be used.
 
Ofc if the FM's Disapprove this please let us know. i dont consider this myself, a MAJOR change in anything, just in order to optimize the guild. and to lift of the steam that Luna and kreg got with having to relog now and then. to do something they choose to not, some weeks ago now.
 
Yes TL we would have talked to the FM'sabout anything major changing. but seriously. were we store the found stuff in ZG/AQ20? well i dont think you would have given coammnder rank (even if its on trial) to someone ou thought unable to do the actual job.
 
We are commanders because we think we can help the guild out, on the "lesser" raid scale. not because we wanna ninja loot or secure our own seats in certain raids.

Pls use pre made banks. I see no need to make new ones as I have not heard complaints from Luna or Kreg.
Having more gbanks then needed seems to only make keeping track of ithems harder, or vere you planing on shutting down the exsisting guildbanks in favor of new ones? (when theo left it took 2 months before all items came to the right bank)

I myself have no guild bank . Wil make one I there is need , but there has been no need for me to do so. The system is woorking , focus on the raids and signup lists.

Well the problem as i see it is after the last ZG raid Kregoron were not online. offcourse were talking about people have to wait another day. yes that is not a problem as such. but why not optimize it, so the guild members can get a grib on there wanted items abit faster.
