My Attendance

Ladies and Gentlemen,

As you have probably gathered by now, my attendance has now taken a big hit after RG2 raids has changed from Monday to Tuesdays. The reason being I had to change my late cover day being the big bad boss of the department from a Tuesday to a Monday. When I did this I promised my manager (yes the area director!) that I would not change my late cover day again. However, with the recent raid day change I have requested a change and as such my manager is furious with me. She has called me to a meeting with her tomorrow at the end of the day and I do not know what will be said. I am currently having a tough time at work because of this and am trying to resolve the situation. I have explained the situation to Siff but feel all need to know. Hopefully I can give her one of my disarming smiles and dazzle her with my wit and charm. I suspect things will be alright again at the end of the month but ask for your understanding and support.

It has been said, but do not let WoW decide / affect your RL in such a serious way.. I'd hang myself if WoW got me fired or sumthing..

Oh men! dont mess RL stuff with WoW, your job is the one that pays the bills, not WoW! Remember that WoW is only a game! Dont let it control your life.

No, what i meant was that, i won't let it fill too much of my life.. I'd rather "hang myself" if I ever let that happen... well, not really, but u know what i mean..

Know what you mean mate...
Sitting in a kinda related situation atm, and tbh rather get demoted and play when you got time then, risk your job / education for a game!

As you guys know by now, I am facing a tough time at work. It was only some fast talking and a clear demonstration of how I do my job, that saved me from a demotion. For the time being I am walking on thin ice but I am working hard to prove my worth. As such I will probably only be able to make 50% of the runs until December. All things going smoothly, I will be back to normal mid December. If you would prefer me to leave until I can resume my run status, I do not mind.

I leave that decision up to you but for now I cannot make all the runs per week. I will try to make at least every Thursday, however I am not going to risk my job. I think most of you can understand where I am coming from here.

We understand Bene, and keeping you as Defender, as your overall attendance wont be that bad, and you can pickup your normal attendance soonish again.
