Long race start time

It has been suggested, and I for one agree, that the start time for our Thursday night race is too late. Given that we have a load of Scandinavians and others on funny time zones, maybe we should make an alteration.

Seeing as I can't race the long races neither of these times, because I either go to work at 21:00 utc, which means I have to leave home at 20:20, or I go to work at 5:00 which means I should go to bed at 20:00, this doesn't really matter to me.

We'll leave it for this week and go to 8:30gmt for next week. Seems a sensible compromise.

Don't forget, Thursday start time is now 8:30gmt with qualifying at 8:00
