DMR Raiding Going Forwards.

Facts from figures and also from experienced raiders say we need to be looking at approx 6-7kdps per raider for both the Rotface and Festergut fights so its upgrade, upgrade, upgrade time (this is for both Gear and also button mashing techniques/macros/rotations !)
This means try and do your daily random heroic and weekly dungeons (19 frost badges per week !) every day/week.
 
Lets not get too disheartened by this process as a guild we've all been here before several times before, Thaddius in Naxxx, Thorim in Ulduar and Anub in Toc have all been DPS barriers before and we have come through every one with flying colours, now its that time to get some more gear/use it better and find the numbers that we need to push on.
 
We may not have the DPS to make the kills on 25 man at the moment but we definitly have it for 10 man and progress on there will help with people getting to see the fights and positioning, which is itself a DPS increase as you have a better idea when to move and when to go mental.
 
Also by trying out the ToTGC 25 man there is higher ilevel loot in there than from the Icc 10 mans which will also help to get us there.
 
We are not a Hardcore raid guild but more than a collection of Social raiders, somewhere nestled in between is what i would like to believe, this will bring frustration for some i know but there it is !
We have always punched above our weight as far as social raiding goes and i think once a bit more gear has come our way over the next few weeks we can carry on again with some decent progression.
 
Lets try and make some more use of our Class channels on the forum its alot easier to answer simple questions in there than it is over whispers during a raid !
Wanna know someones spec check the Armoury first then ask away to fill in any gaps.
Doing kick @ss DPS/heals ? then share your class secrets wether its funky macros, timing of cooldown use, or just how to mash buttons with your face 101.
 
Saying this don't expect people to play your class for you ! but know that if you want to improve and are struggling with something and can't find an answer there are many experts from far and wide who use our forum so an answer to a question is never far away.
