Well what you guys think of it, gear is good and the app is very well written, plus the fact that hes Has Been there Done That with killing the lch king might be helpful with any tactics for healing on the later bosses.

gear and app is good as well as experence, but do we have the room for another druid healer?

Sheepy appears and begins to stroke my head. According to his slurred drunken speech I am "lovely and like a fuzzy felt". Thankfully he soon leaves and passes out somewhere. [/quote]

thats my concern aswell sheep is the fact that we have a few druid healers,  but also the other question is do we pass some one up with with this kind of gear level when these days they are few a far between.

Throwing my hat into the ring:

This is not an easy one, but druid healers are a major problem to place in a raid.  The maximum you can ever place is two and tbh in most fights you're better off with just one in the raid.  I'm not sure how many resto druids you have but I'd start there by looking at how many you have, their attendance and their performance.  Use that data to work out if you have a spot open.

The second aspect is that you can still go back and say you wanted to take him but sikply did not have a resto druid spot open.  He might have a tooled up alt to which he could switch.

Well the other night we ran wit 3 resto druids, so tbh i would say no we do not have a spot open atm, thier attendence is very good atm, altough we could do with replacing that shoody resto druid called Jas, seeing as everything that happens in guild is his fault and we all blame him:lol:

Off the top of my head we have Jas, Vargen, Boonity and Spixy - missing anyone?

We always have at least one or two from this list making the 25man raids.

On his application he says: "I've got no alts at all." to answer your question TL.

Bellanie

tbh i do not count Boonity anymore in the healing roster, shes hardly ever there for raids, or like last week is saved to it. so for me i do not count her. Also i have tried sending her a /w asking if anything is wrong, but i never get a answer. So bottomline for me is we have Jas, Spixy, Vargen, And Sithysithvid, but with sithy i am not sure what is going on if he is heals or dps, this is a seperate issue that needs to be addressed.

Demote  those whose attendance does not warrant a raid spot, then see what you have free.  If the roster carries people who should not be there then it makes it darned difficult to manage recruitment & attendance and keep them all in balance.  From what you have said though, unless one of the existing resto druids has poor attendance (or a strong urge to do a different role/class) then it looks pretty full on resto druids.

Sithy I had always thought was boom?

He switched during our healing shortage but has been mainly Boom in raid since then due to the increased number of healers turning up.

Would like him in tho it would be unfair to offer a spot if we dont have the room ... social is the only option .... I have been trying to catch him in-game and sound out what he wants from raiding. I get the feeling he thinks we are further down the raiding road than we actually are

Managed to have a chat with him ... The short of it is he's had enough of hardcore raiding and needs time off from raiding every night .. He's happy to slip into a rotation for raiding and also will alow us to pop heroic mode for some of the easy bosses. It would be a shame to let a good player slip through the net without a trial. expect a whisper sometime over the weekend
