I can just imagine the complaints we would get if we take someone with this gear level and decline Sneaky!   That's why I felt having LFR data would be of some help!

Re this warlock.   I was an officer and raid leader in Genesis back in those days, so I am trying to find out who his main was as the name whilst slightly familiar, is not bringing any memories flooding back - and it should as I was also in charge of ranged dps at the time.   I left for Sora just prior to Genesis' first Illidan kill, so I should know this guy if it is not my grey cells failing, or he might have joined whilst they farmed the end of BT/MH and then did Sunwell with them - in which case I won't know him at all.

However, if he raided MH/BT & Sunwell and was successful at it then the bare bones of a good raiding member are there (although the +3 agi enchant on the boots is a worry!)

His warlock sucks though, very low gear, non-existent rep.   Might be worth a chat though to find out why his 'only toon' is not rep'd and why it is so low geared.

It looks like an alt to me with no  gold spent on it.  The application itself is good but if that's his main then I have major concerns about his commitment to the game.  I'd offer a social spot.

Ok, it was a shaman and that does ring more of a bell with me.  He must have raided ok, as at that time we were pretty ruthless about performance management as we were chasing Sora for realm 1st, so I reckon he might be worth a chat.   My brain says he was not elemental though, he must have been enhancement or resto at that time.

....I'll try to make sure I have done my LFR with Sneaky before then!

We need to do something on this one.   It's not exciting, but I think he is worth a chat, either for RGT (project) or RGW (slightly less of a project).   I've said I'd try and grab him in-game tonight, so it would be good to have a chat about it.

PM sent re performance.  Been talking to him along the lines of:

-first couple of raids: ilevel too low so not worried
-then: ilevel was ok so now look at better survivability and movement
-this raid we're now at: ilevel is good so we're working on dps levels

You're at i495 now so I spent some time looking at the logs from Thursday to see where we can improve the dps levels.

Jin'rokh: (Demo)
Doom uptime is 98%, so that's great.    You need to work on Shadowflame & in particular Corruption uptime as you are losing a lot of dps here.    Shadowflame will never be up 100% of the time due to CDs, 6 sec Shadowflame from a 14 sec CD is still 42% uptime, your uptime was:

Shadowflame - 20.8% (should be aiming for 42%)
Corruption - 61.7% (should be aiming to get similar to Doom uptime)

Interestingly Demo actually parses the lowest dps of all 3 specs for this fight, so Affliction is probably the way to go for this fight, not Demo.

Aff parses top, Destro is right up there, Demo seems to be worse, but the AOE benefit of Demo is huge, so raw dps is not the issue.

Doom - 51.7%
Corruption - 65%
Shadowflame - 23%

Again, DOT time needs to improve a lot here and it will then show in your dps.   Afflication is still looking strongest if you can multi-dot and keep DOTs up all the time on multiple targets.

Summary:
Irrespective of spec we need to work on maximising your dot uptime.   Don't be afraid of swapping specs to suit the fight and swap glyphs/talent choices per fight too once you get to know what works.

yesterday night i spend 3k gold for changing gem reforge and enchants. i obviously need help.
for example i tried to hit 9778 haste , stucked at 9200 and on dummy my dps was 80k

when i change to normal reforge and gems (reforge lite default) it stucked at 55-60k

yes i need items but when i get items should i go for affliction ? or stay in demo - destra

dont i need 9778 haste for afflic ?

Firstly, apologies for confusing you with my 'Meta' (Metamorphosis) comment on TS last night.   I sometimes refer to Demo melee range AOE (immo aura etc) as Meta.  Anyway, back to what your questions:

Demo, Aff or Destro?
Personally I'd be running a warlock as Affliction/Demo as I think there are only a few situations where Destro becomes competitive and even then, not any more competitive than either Affliction or Demo would have been.   I would not be using Destro at all.

Stat Prios:
Fortunately stat prios for all 3 specs are fairly similar:

Aff|Demo/Destro
Intellect|Intellect
Hit to 15%|Hit to 15%
Haste to softcap|Mastery/Haste/Crit
Mastery|
Haste|
Crit[/table]
I've put the Demo Mastery in bold as in AOE situations it is slightly higher value than haste/crit.

The highest DPS spec overall is Affliction, so I would gear, gem & enchant your warlock for Affliction and run Affliction as your main spec by default until you find a fight where Demo has advantages.   If you gear for Aff then you will also be pretty well prepared to run as a Demo warlock too given how similar the stat priorities are.

Haste
For Affliction 9,778 Haste Rating will earn you +2 ticks on Unstable Affliction, +3 ticks on Corruption, and +4 ticks on Agony. The next breakpoint is at 13,737 Haste.  
You want those extra ticks mainly for the additional Corruption ticks because Corruption procs Nightfall, which gives you more soulshards and more soulshards means more Haunt uptime which means more dps. High Corruption uptime is therefore essential in your rotation and should be a priority - this is why I highlighted Corruption uptime to you in my previous PM

Gems:
Unfortunately you probably wasted some gold by buying new gems as you bought +320 mastery gems and missed the haste soft cap.    In order to reach the haste cap you should use some Quick (+320 haste) gems for Yellow/Prismatic sockets or Reckless (+80 int + 160 haste) for Red sockets.   You say you are 578 haste short and you currently have 5 x 320 Mastery gems.   If we swap 2 of those for those +320 haste gems then you will gain 640 haste haste for a total of 9840 (ie you have reached the haste soft cap).

Otherwise, in general terms, continue to try to use:
Red - Artful (int + mastery)
Yellow - Fractured (mastery)
Blue - Sensei (hit + mastery)

Enchants:
+180 Intellect is a better enchant than +180 Mastery on your bracers.

Reforge Lite
In order to get ReforgeLite to work with softcaps you need to use Advanced mode.  Talk to me on TS and I will explain what you need to do to make it work.   In essence you give ReforgeLite a reduced stat PP for after the haste soft cap and it then reworks things correctly (or at least it does on my shadow priest).

Talent Build:
For affliction I'd change a couple of choices:
Tier 1: Soul Leech (better survivability)
Tier 3: Dark Bargain (better survivability) or Sacrificial Pact (if SP then you really *have* to take Grimoire of Sacrifice for the double sized shield)
Tier 5: Grimoire of Sacrifice (best dps) and this one is why I incorrectly assumed you had an interrupt last night as it gives you spell lock!

Glyphs:
Glyphs are highly situational and you should expect to change them from fight to fight to suit the encounter.
Glyph of:
Unstable Affliction (shorter cast time therefore dps boost)
Soul Swap (keeps dots on old target)
Everlasting Affliction (helps in fights with many DOT targets as it extends COA/UA duration by 50% to allow you to DOT more, this is a DPS increase when you have enough targets even though DOT ticks are reduced 20%)
Exhaustion when needed
Etc.  Do your own research on best lgyphs for each fight and swap them around as you go.

I've not added anything too specific for Demo as I think the easiest thing to start with is Affliction, however all of the above info is out there on the web @ Icy Veins, Noxxic, Elitist Jerks, MMO etc.    Spend some time researching your class, getting to understand it really well and then how to maximise its performance in raids.

at this point its impossible to hit break point of haste.. i tried everything (changed all my gems to 320 haste )

today i saw a warlock doing 120k dps...http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/arathor/Dalmar/simple

i tried to do dps with his gem reforge etc. now i can do 75k-80k stable... (on dummy)

and 70-75 with affliction

I think language barrier is not helping, but at least we're getting there!

ye I got it thanks, for range dps I guess we can look inside the guild as well since we have had both swedeguy and yaril helping out a bit past few weeks and I also saw that pm from hermi but I'm not sure I want her in with us lol
