update on my internet problem

still no new modem , virgin media arent being very helpfull as they arent sure as to when i will get a new modem , the say they have sent two of them off , but i have recieved no new modem , so it turns out they got my details mixed up with someone else's and now they say they will get a new one to me as soon as they can , but they also said it could be between now and christmas this is really starting to annoy me and im sorry for missing all the raids and for missing the start of patch 4.3 , in the meantime i am looking into diffrent ways of getting my comp back online

hmmmmm , i am trying to bridge the internet through my laptop , but it my computer wont connect to the network bridge :/ , any1 know how to fix this ?

Think we need a bit more info than that.  Like what are the bits you are trying to jump from, through and to.
