New upgrade today. Fixing bugs in 1.04

1.06 was just a bugfix for a 1.05 issue where if you had a Cobra Mk III you couldn't load into the game :)

Hmmm, that's not good QA for a MMO type game.
I would assume plently of people have Cobras moving forwards.
