My Trip To Hutton Orbital

So here I am just running one or two simple cargo hauls to finish saving up for my Cobra, and I get a mission to Hutton Orbital. Not knowing any better I accept, and off I go. Jump to Alpha Centauri, look up Hutton Orbital and see the distance of... 0.22LY.

0.22LY. Light YEARS. Not seconds. Years. At supercruise. Maybe 15-20 minutes in to my flight and I am now 0.19LY away... This one will take a while :narnar:

Flying at 1500c right now, and still a little over an hour on the clock. Actually quite enjoying the flight, am just doing other bits and pieces (like writing this) while I watch the stars pass by.

Be warned, don't take missions to Hutton Orbital if you have somewhere to be!

UPDATE - 25 minutes after posting the above, the distance switched down from LY to 3,000,000 LS, progress!

UPDATE 2 - Roughly 1 and 1/2 hours later, I arrive! What a journey

Got my Cobra up to 1,860c and it took about 1:20

Don't forget to pick up the rares whilst you're there.

I picked up the rares, and about 100 grand worth of other cargo (which is a LOT of money to me atm!) and then... died.



And I was so close to being able to afford my cobra
