Updated the spreadsheet.   The shirts will come in slightly more expensive than initially projected, about £17.75 per shirt.   We'd initially assumed a budget of £15 per shirt.   This brings the out-turn down to about £100 for the LAN, so we're still cash positive but it is now getting tight!

The original OP said we'd do £10 per shirt, so I'll be sending out a PM to all those who ordered multiple shirts confirming that they are on the hook for (1 x £10) + (n x £17.75).

Proof for approval.

This is the stitch layout for the embroidery.  
Note that this design is true to the original colours on the logo provided (the first example in this thread from an.other company had reversed the colours - skull was black on white and not white on black.   Personally I think the White skull on black is better anyway.

I'm happy to approve this design, but I thought I'd give you guys a few hours to respond too - I say hours simple because we need to give the go ahead for production to start ASAP, so try to through your views in here PDQ please and I'll get back to the company later today.

Iirc we have a polo shirt to find, a polo shirt that disappeared and some orders to gather from the general membership.   Oldie's was one, someone else ended up without one - anyone remember who?  Iirc it was a medium?

I gave mine to Oldie who lost his but wouldn't mind a replacement really.

I think it'd be nice to offer up Hoodies etc.
