Well played team. Saw most of the progress on HLSW looked like Squ0nk was burning up on re-entry first half. 16 - 8 I believe?
Cheers, Bert

Squonk

yeah good game good win .......pld all
Me,I\'m just a lawnmower - you can tell me by the way I walk.

Dr Sadako

I pld like shite except for one or two rounds. The constant lag gave me hard time focusing on the game. One round I came back from lag and found my entire team being dead from rushing. I was standing behind a box and I really don't know how I survived.  <_<

Anyways we won the match, which was especially important when slowhand was on the other side ...

It was fun to see some lagging.

And that you don't notice that it is also happening to your self

But we won and we even won the knife round only 1 of us died

So up to the next one well played all ;)

Match Notes:

A good match where we controlled well as CT using 4 at B and only 1 as a spotter to see if the attack came from ramp or the far side of the mincer. 12K were very patient as T and on most orunds waited in the mincer and tried to pick some peeps off. Most rounds they *did* manage to pick one off as well, at least until we remembered to keep our heads back. They AWMd from mincer towards B and also held a deagle or an ak from the far corner towards our closest mincer entrance (very effective it was too). They mixed up their standard patient approach with an occassional full out rush. We defended well though with good clear comms. Invaluable tactical info was gathered by being next to the mincer outside wall and listening to their footsteps - it gave us a 5 second warning of where they were going to emerge from! As T we struggled more. 12K had some great rounds as CT, with us totalling disappearing off the radar on a couple of them, not knwoing how we had been wiped out! But in the end we nailed home some good rushes that eventually pulled all 5 of them into B, followed by some good misdirection with us planting at their spawn. We secured the win within the first 6 rounds.   12K's server was suffering some strange mini-lag spikes and I figure that if my experience was anything to go by we each got shot 3 or 4 times due purely to the lag spikes. At the end fo the day we struggled through and got the win though. Honourable mention goes to [12k]Slowhand who demonstrated that we taught him quite well ;) He really controlled the mincer when 12K were T. Another good 12K match and our first win in the new 12K league. Man'o'the'match goes jointly to Squonk and IceHawk, in particular for their blindingly good CT rounds.

It was an away game and I think we all experienced lag. I think I was one of the more effected though.  :(
