Which DLP Projector?

We're currently looking to buy a DLP projector for business use and have been looking at the Toshiba T90.  

The projector is to be used in conference daylight room situations (but for no more than 10-20 people and typically only for 3-4 people)
It should preferably be low noise
It should be 1024 x 768 (native)

Does anyone have any recommendations?  The Toshiba looks to do everything we need but is about £1100.  Does anyone have any suggestions for one that is still good quality but is cheaper and does the same things?

I was impressed recently by an IBM iLM300, but am yet to get a price for the newer replacement model and it is only 1200 ANSI lumens.
