Coolhand Luke was a very famous movie made in 1967,  starring Paul Newman, (yes, the one who sells mayo) in which he plays the part of an inmate of a southern state jail(road gangs etc.). During the plot he undertakes a bet in which he reckons he can eat a hundred hard boiled eggs.
It's a classic movie and bears up extremely well today. Go get it somewhere. You'll thank me.
