Charlie Company members are committed to the continuing success of both the dMw community and its TCS style of play. Charlie Company members have demonstrated a mature and positive approach to the community and as such are valued by their quality as teamplayers and community members rather than by measuring their personal stats from the game servers. We expect a mature and exemplary standard of behaviour from Charlie Company members at all times and in all places. Members of Charlie Company are usually active contributors of quality content to the forums, regulars on our gaming servers and champions of the TCS style of play. Charlie Company members are also eligible to represent dMw in competitive matchplay, however the wish to compete in league, cup or other matches is not a requirement for Charlie Company membership. Charlie Company members have access to the Charlie Company Secure Channel area of the forums and the dMw private training, tactics and matchplay areas of the forums.

Going on this post i would only really be able to comment on the forum activity.

I have no issues with deweys posts they are along the lines of Rangers which are either funny or informative.

Server activity i cannot comment on fully.

I don't know that much about the guy's background apart from playing with him on the server.

He has been playing BF2 with us since release and like all the BIG guys play the dMw way.

I think he will make an ideal Charlie as he displays the sort of maturity we look for.

The only caveat I had when he first asked me to second him. was the removal of the BIG tag form his ID's The clan in a clan bothered me some what.

but I think he has done that now.

Sorry it took so long to replay. didn't realise it was urgent then xmas shopping took over my life

OK guys. I think we've got all the votes we're gonna get here.

Dewey's application highlights the problem some admins have when the only contact they've had with the applicant is their forum posts. As Dewey's application is as textbook as it can be and because he's attracted 5 positive votes (BlueBall's abstention is just silly ) I will invite him into Charlie.

Message to me from Dewey but I think it applies to all of us - if it wasn't for people like us others wouldn't want to join so, what the hell, well done us :

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for suggesting I apply for Charlie membership - I'm over the moon to have been accepted and its made my day, it means a lot.
