taking you back to Stanstead won't be a problem as I pass there on the way home. As long as it's a late flight like yours is we're good :D
*G*

Cake: Four large eggs. One cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Three/four cups butter or margarine. One and two third cups granulated sugar. Two cups all purpose flour. Fish shaped ethyl benzene. Twelve medium geosynthetic membranes. Three tablespoons rhubarb, on fire.

I know, I allways use the same flighttimes from and to Stansted so I'm arriving at the LAN usually around 12.00.
The flight back is deliberately chosen that late. 1 downside for it is that I wont be home untill 01.00 on Mondaymorning, a plus side is that I allways have the Monday off recovering from the LAN.

Hopefully Delan and so can sort it out aswell.

I'm coming up from (central) Bristol but am carless myself - I usually hire a car though. So...I should be able to offer you a lift unless I get offered a lift too ;) plus I like driving 8)

I will fly from Copnehagen and land/depart from London Stansted.

Arrival Friday 11:15 UK time. Plane 3562.

Departure Sunday 18:25, check-in before 17:55.

Ron picks me up Friday in Stansted. Maybe also Sunday; depends on how it all works out - and with mono and his stuff.

I haven't booked the flights yet... hopefully I'll be able to in a few days.

The problem is that I'm on vacation in Italy that week at Lake Garda, and the nearest airport with international flights is Milan I think. Taking the earliest flight I should be in Gatwick around 12.40-ish.

Given the amount of crap I will be carrying (19" TFT, ShuttleX PC, clothes, strap-ons etc...) and taking into account that I will most likely have to take a train from Verona to Milan in the morning, I'd very much prefer to do the rest of the journey in a car :) It would also be very nice to join you guys before midnight ;)

As for the return journey I'll probably take the same flight as Delan - that would be the obvious thing to do...

I'll post with info on flights later!

I could ask my Italian gf to check out some things for you as she works in a hotel in Milano (let me know then). I do believe that easyjet flyes from Milano aswell. Just remember, the earlier you book with Easyjet, the cheaper it is!
Also; you really need to bring the TFT aswell? I suggest using one of the kind English who might be so nice to borrow you one (check my thread and put up a post aswell).

What are the odds?!? :) If she could check the cheapest and fastest way to get from Verona to Milano (Malpensa Airport) I'd be very grateful. Maybe I can get a lift from my parents but it's a 300 km roundtrip, so I'm not sure they're up for it.

Anyways, I just booked this evening with Easyjet (and yes, the price went up from â,¬80 to â,¬90 in total JUST TODAY  :ranting: ) from Milano Malpensa to London Gatwick, Flight 5292, arrival 12.40 local time.

Return journey from London Stanstedt, same as Delan.

Will check about monitors in the other thread :)

Sn00ks

Travelling from Sheffield on Friday morning and heading back Sunday afternoon. There is space for a couple of people in the car if anyone needs a lift some-where along the corridor of travel.
I do exactly what the little voices tell me to.

PC Specs:- Black box with some fans that go whirrr, a few lights, things inside that get warm, headphones, keyboard (a clicky one), mouse (with buttons and no squeak), disks (2-off SSD and HDD) and a monitor of sufficient proportions.

I was looking for a direct transportation from Verona to Malpensa but I couldn't find one.
You should take:
- Train from Verona Porta Nuova to Milano Centrale //www.trenitalia.com (1hour and 30 mins journey)
- Underground in Milan green line MM2 from Milano Centrale to Milano Cadorna //www.atm-mi.it (5 stops, 10 mins journey)
- Shuttle train "Malpensa Express" To Milano Cadorna to Malpensa //www.malpensaexpress.it (40/50 mins journey)
I hope you can find all the information you need on the web-sites....
