New CL RG2

Meeting between;

Siffredi, Greatdanes, Deadlyspirit and myself.

We have discussed the potiential CL remaining.

Priest: Sebas / Oneangel / Odesa
Rogue: Asmoden / Nefrion
Druid: Oshun / Octain

These 5 will get a PM with the "job description" / what is expected from a CL.
The following (mon+thurs) we will monitor them and after these 2 raids we will decide who gets a go. We have discussed this for a long time, and hope you agree.

So the above is candidates to be decided after two more RG2 raids.

I'm sorry I couldn't be at the meeting, but as I told GD, I have alot of things going around lately. But just got 3 weeks of vacation today, so it's about to be better

And the decisions you made sounds very good. Myself will join the Priest, Rogue and Druid channels to see who are active there.

Just gotten a PM from Oneangel and he is really up for being the new RL. So we can take him off the priest spot of CL.

I've been questing with OneAngel a fair bit recently, he does seem to know his stuff and is pretty good on TS too. He might well be worth a shot at RL. Certainly worth letting him run an MC I reckon to see how he goes.

So you mean we shoud just throw him out in it. He has allready been a leader before ?

Otherwise he will need just abit of instructions.

If he wants Deadly, let him Co-lead with you on the next raid, or let him be then bossRL in the form of Raidleading we discussed earlier this week.

Siffredi - RL Trashmobs (keeps a high pace - since he pulls)
Another - RL on Boss fights.

But let's wait untill we have total acceptance from him, but agree TL, he seems like he knows his way around. Also worth noticing, he's active on TS, calm, and very aware of what is going on.

I take it from the announcement that you guys tried everyone out and reached a decisionon OneAngel then. Gratz on finding a successor - RL's a ******* of a job

I take it that OneAngel should now be Registered on the TS server and promoted to Marshall to get access to these forums? Let me know and I will do.

I think Oneangel was the only one in line for the job as RL all they others have turn us down or we did not think they was fully in for RG2.

Btw, we did a great job in mondays clearing of MC in RG2. Deadlyspirit stayed a bit in the background on TS for RL matters, and Siffredi took control with the other marshalls assisting him very well.

We did;
Siffredi on Trashmobs
Others on Boss fights

I think we did good, letting some (including me) Marshalls get a few more words in on the way. So I think when time comes we will be greatly prepared for future tasks! :biggrin:

GJ and it felt great a **** when RG2 cleared MC on its own. :clap:

No worries Deadly, we are getting there, you did not participate as much as you useually do, so that was great.

This will help improve Siffredi, GD, Mazii and myself on the RL duties.
