Conversation with Keltor regarding him might be leaving!

Keltor came to me today, stating that a person have been giving a hard time in the guild. Unfortunately he didnt wanna tell hes name.

In some way, for me, it sounds like it's not the real reason, but just a good reason to leave the guild and search for new things. I wont judge him cause hes really a stand up guy, and it would really be hard to replace him.
 
I would recommend not talking with Keltor about this, as he will go to me if anything happens, but keep a GOOD look in Guild chat, if you see some provocating comments going out to people.
 
Another thing Siffredi, GD and me talked about today, is Richardi (Defender, Paladin). He was mad about the RG2 raid yesterday as he said "it wasnt in GMOTD". People in Guild chat told him to read forums, and he said "I don't want to read forums".
 
Furthermore he is allways negative both in Guild chat and the Paladin channel, and Buford have told both me and GD about that. What should we do about that?

try to keep keltor in, talk to him a bit, have him vent in TS if you want too, any of the RG1 officers can drag him into your channel.
 
as for richardi, his problem, raid table hasnt changed in ages and it HAS been in GMOTD for days before the weekend. If he doesnt want to read forums, also his problem, he might miss information like this :thumbsdown:

I have been playing alot with Keltor, and find him very nice, and I don't think a talk with him will be neccessary.
 
As for Richardi, I really don't like his attitude in Gchat or Paladin channel. He's the kind of guy that really ****es me off!

Richardi is being a pain in the ... for some time now and I think will have to demote he real soon before we lose people because of he's bad behaviour.
 
Another thing I will like to bring in focus for the officers, is Ashjen's behaviour over for RG2 member's.
I feel me insult over he's statement at RG2 members is not as good as RG1 members and does deserve a spot in RG1. He is always talking down to RG2 member and I will next time I see it on guildchat not be polite to him for he has really **** me.

Good thing your taking care of Ricardi - As i stated in Officers chat i spoke with him today when he feelt "cheated" for missing out on a run. and he directly said to me that hes dont read forum, and dont care about the guild and RG1 nor RG2 and the benefits for the raidgrups. I dont have Screeny of this, but i think his attituede adds up to a bad result... He also stated that hes only here for the loot, like (in his opinion) everyone else.

Richardi is the only other Paladin in RG2 i had to use diplomatic words to get to buff, so losing him wouldnt be a loss compared to Keltor. Keltor is good player and really nice guy
