seems BF2 has died a death in our community:sad:

Who knows, maybe It'll pick up again when the bottom falls out of the enchanted leather goods market and the Ricers put their steeds away for the winter (road salt y'know):narnar:

Anyways...I miss BF2 a la dMw:sad:

Hold on sugar, it's baking hot....people have lives in the summer, it always quiets down, it or it's equivalent will be back come autumn...more full stops...

It's just the Summer slump Blunt.  Time to be doing stuff outdoors whilst we have the lighter evenings, drinking beer al fresco, BBQ season, etc etc.

Anyway, my study is like an oven in this heat with the PC going.  Even with the window open, and a deskfan on fill tilt.  It was too hot last night to try and kill folk, fail abysmally, and get all ratty.  That and I didn't get in until 9:00 and needed to make something to eat.

It'll pick up again later on in the year.  You knows it!  And, you never know, EA might even have released patch 1.4 by then. :narnar:

with things being so busy in work ( royal air force)  its hard to get on to the comp some nights, maybe we could organise as big event on a monday night in a couple of weeks with as many ppl as we can find:biggrin:

Really good games a la BF2, CS,(in whichever mode) LFS, maybe even WoW don't really R.I.P. You simply take a break from them. We'll be back! :thumbsup:
