To be honest I wrote the original Big Brother post as we had a few people linking directly to illegal stuff. It's a bit more uncertain when we link to a site that links to a site that hosts the stuff. Maybe if you created a site that you could link to that linked to the site that links to the site that hosts the stuff, then that would be OK?

I looked up the copyright laws  for the UK and EU but after about three seconds I got bored. Go torture yourself if you like
