Ragnarh

I wil no longer be raiding with RG1.
Wil step down as officer if you feel that is apropriate (tho can't say there wil be mutch diference on your woork load).

Raiding seems to be just tiering latly, and beening dead tierd ,repeating stuff I have done before after woork don't seem worth it.

I'm really disappointed to hear this Ragnarh as you are quite literally the cornerstone of RG1.  I am seriously hoping that you change your mind and that you come back to raiding - it would not be the same without you on so many levels.  If it's repeat stuff, then why don't we consider dropping BWL from your schedule and looking at AQ only?  There aren't many people who can do what you do and it would be great to heat that this is just a temporary break.

RG1 needs its MT1 back.

Bastet

Sorry to see you go raggy, but if wow and work cant be combined then a man has to take action. I aplaud you for beeing able to give up wow, and regret losing the best tank RG1 has. I hope you come back to raiding at a later time.

I feel the same way about BWL lately, mostly due to the trial loot system, but I can understand how you also feel it repetative. Personally I would drop BWL, but the overall gearlevel does not yet allow it.
I strongly hope you will reconsider this, you are by far our best tank and a good friend to have along.

Also sorry to se you go, and you really are the cornerstone. Last nights AQ raid was horrible without you.

I think that in the absence of further information from Ragnarh it would be sensible to announce that Ragnarh is taking a break from raiding after the continuous commitment he has made to SOG over the past 18 months.  As Luna mentioned last night people are starting to ask about his absence, so we may as well get it out in the open.

As for recruitment, my heart says we should not recruit as I dearly hope Ragnarh you will return to raiding with us after a short break, but my head says we should let it be known that we are recruiting another prot spec tank.  It has been so much easier over recent months with 6 tanks slots filled and when we are short on tanks it makes things much more difficult than they should be.  Ragnarh, any further news on how your feeling about WoW and raiding at the moment?

Ragnarh

Put the wheels in motion for prot warrior recruitment.
If I was to return to raiding (tho I am not planning so), then I vould want to try something new.

lunares

Then we should announce it and recruit another warrior.

It was good to hear from you on TS last night Ragnarh, I'm saddened by your decision to step down but I understand it.  Please don't become a stranger - I hope to see you online some time on a different toon.  I will post something appropriate.
